Work with Dee

Different results require different behaviours.

If there’s an area of your life where you’re not getting the result you want, we’ll work backwards from the outcome to understand what’s happening.

Together, we’ll identify the repeated behaviours contributing to your current results, uncover what’s keeping them in place, and determine what needs to change.

Then we’ll turn that insight into practical changes you can implement, repeat and build into everyday life.

Tap the link below and tell me what you’d like to change.

Trapped In Your Thoughts

Trapped In Your Thoughts

Did you choose to spend hours overthinking?

Did you choose to spend hours overthinking?

To replay the conversation again and again?
To imagine the worst-case scenarios?
To panic over something you couldn’t control?

If you didn’t choose this, what did?

Trapped in Your Thoughts reveals why this keeps happening — and how to make it stop.

Includes free access to The 5-Minute Reset — a guided audio designed to help you switch off the mental noise when you need it most.

ABOUT DEE

Hi, I’m Dee.

Hi, I’m Dee.

Hi, I’m Dee.

Why do we keep doing things we consciously want to change?

I spent decades trying to answer that question in my own life.

I could consciously decide I was going to do something differently. I could know exactly how I wanted to respond. I could promise myself I wasn't going to worry about it, react that way, let fear take over or get pulled back into the same thoughts again.

And then the moment would come.

And I would do it again.

Eventually, I stopped asking myself why I couldn't just change and started asking a different question:

If I know what I want to do, why do I keep doing something else?

That question led me into years of learning about the brain, behaviour and the patterns we develop through experience.

Initially, I was trying to solve my own problems.

But the more I learned, the more interested I became in a much bigger question:

What actually determines what we repeatedly do?

Because knowing what we should do isn't always enough.

We can know we should save money and still spend it.

Know we need more sleep and still stay up too late.

Know we want to respond calmly and still react in the moment.

Know exactly what needs to happen at work and still keep putting it off.

And those repeated behaviours matter because, over time, they help shape the results we experience.

Today, that's where much of my work begins.

What result are we trying to create?

What are we repeatedly doing now?

What's keeping that behaviour in place?

And what would need to change for a different behaviour to become easier to implement and repeat?

Because different results require different behaviours.

And understanding what we're repeatedly doing gives us somewhere practical to begin.
